Nonprofit Explore-A-Ganza
When: Monday February 3rd, 2025
Where: Maucker Union Ballrooms
Time: 3:30-5:00 p.m.
Description: Join the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance Student Association and the Office of Community Engagement for the Nonprofit Explore-A-Ganza. This event will allow students to speed network with local nonprofit organizations about volunteer, internship, and job opportunities. Attendance will be limited.
Learn & Serve Bus Tour
When: Wednesday February 12th
Where: Meet at Maucker Union Circle Drive
Time: 2:45 - 6:15 p.m.
This event will allow up to 40 UNI students the opportunity to tour, learn and serve at various nonprofit locations in Waterloo. Dinner will be provided before returning to campus. Additional details and registration will be released in January.
Community Engagement Celebration Day
When: April 25th, 2025
Time: 9:00-11:30am
Where: Applied Engineering Lobby
Description: Save Community Engagement Celebration Day on your calendars! This is a day to celebrate the community impact of students, faculty and staff.
Do you have something to share? Do you know of students that did a service project in a course, was on internship, conducted community research, volunteered, raised funds for a cause - there are so many ways we give back and we want to celebrate them all.
