Spring Volunteer Fair

When: January 31st, 2024

Where: Macuker Union Ballrooms

Time: 10:30-1:00 p.m.

Description: Join your fellow students for the Fall UNI Volunteer Fair. Volunteering is a great way to meet new people, especially if you are new to UNI and the Cedar Valley. Volunteering can also strengthen your ties to the community, broaden your support network, expose you to people with common interests, neighborhood resources, and fun and fulfilling activities. This is a great way to build your skills and enhance your classroom learning! For questions email:

INSPIRE Conference

When: April 8th-9th

Where: Rod Library 

Description: Undergraduate and graduate students from all majors across campus are invited to participate in the 2024 INSPIRE Student Research & Engagement Conference.

The conference is an opportunity for students to showcase the wide variety of experiential activities in which they participate inside and outside of the classroom, including: research, internship, volunteer or study abroad experiences, club activities and/or creative performances.

Community Engagement Celebration Day

When: April 26th, 2024 

Time: 9:00-11:30am

Where: Gallagher Bluedorn Lobby

Description: Save Community Engagement Celebration Day on your calendars! This is a day to celebrate the community impact of students, faculty and staff. 

Do you have something to share? Do you know of students that did a service project in a course, was on internship, conducted community research, volunteered, raised funds for a cause - there are so many ways we give back and we want to celebrate them all.
